Can i force a judge to let me repay my mortgage arrears over the term?

by quoting Norton vs Cheltenham & Gloucester court of appeal case. I went to court and the Judge said he hadn’t even heard of it and over ruled it.

    There are two Divine powers in this world. One is god, the other are judges who think they are god.

    You can’t force that judge to do anything. Try requesting he do something and back up your request with case law. If he doesn’t agree with your case law and enters a finding against you, then you will need to appeal his decision to the next level of jurisprudence.

    no since you are not in terms with the note YOU signed are you? The lender may work out a forbearance agreement with you though

    You couldn’t pay under the current terms. How will you pay with the current terms PLUS the arrears?

    You had two problems.

    First the attitude that you were going to force the judge to do anything. Wrong. You could have lost just to put you back in your place.

    Second problem is that you are obviously not the most ethical person around, otherwise you would not have an arrears. You could not be trusted to repay the money you spent in the first place, how can you be trusted to pay it at a higher amount?
