does anyone know of a real estate company that buys homes for fast cash in rural parts of NC?
i’ve tried contacting a few, but most of them cater to more metropolitan or urban areas rather than “the country”
Does anyone have experience with one of those places that says they will buy your home, in any condition?
I’m not thrilled with my house or my neighborhood anymore, and I don’t want to keep sinking money into a house I just want out of as soon as possible – especially since it needs more work than I realized, and I can’t afford to make all the repairs it needs. I’m curious about those places (there are a bunch) that say they’ll buy your house, any circumstances, any condition, fast. Is this a scam? Interested in other people’s experiences. Thanks!
Need to sell my home fast, relocating.worried about losses?
I have lived in my duplex for about a year and a half…I bought on the high end of the market. I need to sell it within the next year due to an upcoming relocation (just learned about it). The problem is that my house value is only going down. The 20K down payment I put into the house is likely going to be eaten up due to the lower value and realtor fees. I am hoping I will not owe anything after the fact (on the negative side). I am not behind in my payments so I am not sure if I would qualify for a short sale. My concern is that I would like to buy where I am going, but I will not have any down payment likely due to the loss in this sale. I do have pretty good credit though…can anyone help me with my options and how to best tackle this situation?

We are living in one home and own another home which is currently vacant, and out of state (due to a job relocation). We can’t sell it, even though we’ve lowered the cost.
I’ve seen plenty of advertisements for “We will buy your home NOW” fast settlement companies. I’m wondering what the catch is, and if anyone has any experience with it?

I want to fix my house up and I know I need to paint the kitch its a very nice size long and open kitch. Right now its a yellow and I know I need to chnage that. It has white tile and what cabnets with a grey countertop. I want to sell my home so what color should I paint it? It also connects to the living room thats green and has hardwood flooring in it however it will not be staying green for long. Its a bright yellow but my kitchen is huge so I just delt with it. I know the yellow will be way to brite, I was thinking the color of coffie after you put cream in it, its a kitchen and most people love coffie LOL

Selling our home fast so we can move out of state?
My hubby and I have an older duplex which we bought for $10,000 out the door on a large corner lot. My health took a turn for the worst and now we must sell. IT’s currently valued at $25,000 after work we had put into it. What price should we put on it to sell it fast so I can get the help I need for health care. According to Michigan, we make to much money for me to get state aid, ($1,100) a month. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I already have it listed on CraigsList as well as HomesByOwner.
