I have had two different realty companies and tried for sale by owner. My home is very, very nice and priced well below the median for my area and neighborhood. I have been told by both realtors that my home is not the problem. They say it is just the market slump. I am in great financial need to sell immediately. Any advice you can offer would be appreciated.

I need to sell my home and I have no idea how to do it. Realtors take so much comission. I have called a few investors and am waiting on a price, but if that doesn’t work out I would like to sell it myself. I have been told that it is difficult and if you have any info please help. Thankyou.
